The problem

Teams need one place to move from a task being created to someone owning it, its status being visible, its deadline being met and the work being organised by project.

My responsibility

• Owned and delivered multiple features and change requests.
• Worked on product requirements and feature enhancements.
• Contributed to shaping the task and project tracking workflows.

Decisions and contributions

Requirements framed around each step of the workflow:

• Create → Assign: every task has a clear owner.
• Assign → Track: status and progress are visible without asking.
• Track → Deliver: deadlines are managed, not just recorded.

Working with engineering, QA and stakeholders

• Coordinated requirements and implementation across the feature delivery lifecycle.

Outcomes

An integrated workflow for tracking tasks and projects across teams: creation, assignment, status, deadlines, organisation and collaboration.
