• Design and run structured lesson plans tailored to students' ages, abilities and progressive development goals.
• Teach children with special needs, including autism and Down syndrome.
• Manage and schedule a roster of coaches, coordinating assignments and sessions to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Handle customer and student relationships end to end: counselling parents, students and instructors, and resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
• Run market research, produce promotional materials and manage social channels while overseeing health and safety compliance.

Mentoring

Supervise the final-year theses of 35+ BSc IT students. Guide students from conceptualisation and research through development, documentation and presentation. Mentor students, run brainstorming sessions and give feedback that shapes their ideas.
