Keeping a software product's delivery on track against its planned timeline, with a team working in parallel.

My responsibility

Project coordination and delivery: I did not develop the platform or lead security research.

• Took ownership of project delivery and progress tracking.
• Monitored progress against priorities and deadlines.

Decisions and contributions

• Plan: keep the intended timeline and priorities explicit.
• Track: keep progress visible as work lands.
• Unblock: surface blockers early and help resolve them.

Working with engineering, QA and stakeholders

• Worked with the team to drive the project towards completion within the planned timeframe.
• Kept team members aligned, followed up on outstanding tasks and helped address blockers.
